Our Return Policy

At SportZone, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original packaging with tags attached
• Not a final sale or customised item

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your SportZone account
2. Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return
3. Click Request a Return and select your reason
4. Print the prepaid return label and drop off the package at your nearest carrier

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your item
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued
• The amount will appear on your original payment method

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, we recommend:

• Placing a new order for the correct item
• Returning the original item for a full refund
